Who We Are

Zaza Development Initiative (ZDI) is a youth- and women-led organization committed to advancing gender equality, leadership development, civic participation, community resilience, and social justice across Nigeria.Our founder, Zigwai Tagwai, conceived the vision for ZDI during her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) posting in Ugba, Logo Local Government Area of Benue State, Nigeria.

To empower youth and women, advocate for inclusive policies, and drive social change by equipping communities with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.we aim to foster a culture of innovation, resilience, and responsible citizenship, building a brighter, more equitable future for all
